The water temperature of guppies can vary from around 70 to 84^oF. However, the lower the temperature the less active the guppies are and the higher the temperature the more active the guppies are, but, guppies kept at a higher temperature are more likely to die earlier than guppies kept at a lower temperature. When a female is dropping you should have the temperature at around 80^oF.
